If you have already placed your order at SkincareStore and then you find it cheaper somewhere else, we are not able to honor the lowest price once your order has been placed. You must find the lowest price and notify us before placing the order
Your product must be the exactly the same size and type.
Where your lower price was found on a website, you need to provide the website address where the product can be purchased, this MUST be an authorized stockist of the brand.
Skincarestore’s lowest price guarantee does not apply to goods advertised on auction sites such as eBay.
The prices on websites must be in Australian dollars.
If you found it at a retail location, beautician, spa or physician's office you will need to provide us with their phone number or address.
Differences in delivery charges (where applicable) will be included when in the price difference calculation.
