If you find any SkincareStore product at a lower price on another authorized stockists website. SkincareStore will refund you 115% of the difference between the lower price and our price. Prices on Skincarestore.com.au are in Australian dollars. |
Eg. SkincareStore's price for product X is $100.00 and you find it elsewhere for $90.00. We will refund you $11.50 which will make your net purchase $88.50.
How SkincareStore guarantees you the lowest price:

- Contact us by e-mail at lowestprice@skincarestore.com.au or call us on 1300 88 12 16 with your order number, the lower price you found and proof of where you found it. Our terms and conditions are below.
Then you get your refund! Once we’ve verified your information you provided we will reimburse you 115% of the difference and e-mail or call you back with your new total.

Lowest Price Terms and Conditions:
- Your product must be the exactly the same size and type.
- Where your lower price was found on a website, you need to provide the website address where the product can be purchased, this MUST be an authorized stockist of the brand.
- Skincarestore’s lowest price guarantee does not apply to goods advertised on auction sites such as eBay.
- The prices on websites must be in Australian dollars.
- If you found it at a retail location, beautician, spa or physician's office you will need to provide us with their phone number or address.
- Differences in delivery charges (where applicable) will be included when in the price difference calculation.
- Differences are calculated on your actual Skincarestore purchase price.
- Taxes will be excluded from the price difference calculation.
- Your refund will be issued within 2 business days in the same form as your original payment after verification of your information.
