Bliss Clog Dissolving Cleansing Milk is a gentle low-foaming silky soft textured cleansing milk that deep cleans without irritating and without upsetting the skin's delicate moisture balance. It contains a special blend of four light but powerful hydrophilic oils that quickly and completely removes makeup and breaks down excess sebum, dirt and debris. Its low-foaming action provides a great skin feel, but does not compromise the excellent cleansing properties of the product.

Instructions for use:
Apply bliss clog dissolving cleansing milk onto dry skin (or damp skin if in-shower cleansing is easier) and massage until makeup, oils, and daily debris have been dissolved. Rinse well.
