Directions For Use:
- Cellex-C Under Eye Toning Gel is applied by gently rolling the tip of the applicator around the orbital bone that encircles your eye. Do not get close to the inner or outer corner of your eye.
- Make-up may be applied, if desired. Cellex-C Under Eye Toning Gel may be applied over make up during the day if necessary.
- Keep applicator cap tightly closed when not in use.
- Avoid rich moisturizers especially when the weather is very warm and humid, as these encourage water retention and puffy looking eyes.
