Directions For Use: Apply a thin film to clean bare lids. Smooth it on from the lashes to the brow to the outer corners of the eye. Let it dry for approximately 30 seconds then apply eye makeup.
I've been using this brand EyeFix for years and this new formula is even better. It gives good coverage, so only a little is needed - doesn't crease and is a nice neutral colour. I also use it to cover my dark circles! A great product.
